Sławomir Kalicki

Sławomir Kalicki A graduate of Gdynia Maritime University and Strathclyde University (MBA). He has been closely involved in maritime economy and the Pomerania region since the very beginning of his professional career. Founder of and President of the Board at Inter Marine Sp. z o.o. – one of the first private shipping agencies (established in 1990) in Poland, which after more than 20 years of operation is now a leading company providing services in maritime industry and overseas employment in Poland and at the same time is the “mother company” to 8 companies in the Inter Marine Group. President of the Management Board at Inter Marine Hong Kong Ltd. and Inter Marine Singapore Ltd. Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Gdański Terminal Kontenerowy SA, Containerships Polska Sp. z o.o, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Inter Freight Sp. z o.o., Member of the Board of the Gdansk Lodge of Business Centre Club, Vice President of the European League for Economic Co-operation (ELEC) in Poland, Chairman of the Port of Gdynia Business Board. Originator and successful organizer of numerous business undertakings. President of Lions Club Gdynia (2002/2003), member of the team responsible for unemployment affairs in the Provincial Committee for Community Dialogue.
In 2006 Business Centre Club nominated him for the Golden Statue for Polish Business Leader. 
In 2007 Inter Marine Sp z o.o. and President Sławomir T. Kalicki were nominated and awarded the Business Centre Club prize for: “Outstanding business indicators, excellent company management as well as commitment to charity work”. In the ranking of most dynamic companies 2007 - Gazele Biznesu (Business Gazelles), Inter Marine Sp. z o.o. came 9th in Poland and 3rd in the Pomerania province.
